It is the beginning of the weekend. A Spring weekend in Utah for sure. Their will definitely be the April showers that bring May flowers this weekend. Man oh Man! The Beauty is Everywhere right now! Everywhere!

Everywhere we look, we need to see the Beauty in Everything.  Show your beauty to others by showing happiness and love. It does make the world go round. Do not allow negative. Surround yourselves with people and things that will help make you a better person than you were the day before.

Spreading positive , Keeping Positive, and Being Positive brings nothing but good to all. All around you . Which in turn changes all the people in their world too. A Big positive Change can happen all at once if we just put our minds to it and spread Love, Peace, and Happiness.

U.G.L.Y. is looking for the rainbows in everything today. The bright and beautiful in everything. It is always there. We just must open our hearts, open our souls and eyes and see....

Its a beautiful Sunday. A great day to look at our last week  and see what we have learned to make the next week all that much better. We must not dwell in the past. Or get to anxious for the future. Be happy in the moment. But take your lessons learned everyday to make each new day better. Life is all ours and we must make it that way.

We are here for a purpose. We all are given a gift. Many gifts. But when we take time to sit and realize what we are truly exceptionally good at and build it. Grow it. And use it to help ourselves and others. A whole new world opens up. a Bright Beautiful One. Heavens got a plan for us all.

Do what you Feel...

U.G.L.Y. wants everyone to have a great evening and a great sleep for tomorrows next day of Greatness. We must refuel our bodies to get us to where we need to be everyday to make the right decisions in life.  We need to listen to our guts more and more everyday.

"Go with your Gut"  is one of the best sayings ever. It is truth. When you feel as though you should be doing something....do it. Listen to your intuiton. We all have it and IF we open up to it , it is amazing what happens. Everything happens for a reason and coincidences are few and far in between.
