These pictures are of the Single Mommy's Project giving back to our helping hands project, taking donated items; blankets, scarfs, shoes, clothing, bananas and bottled waters to a local shelter in Salt Lake and local thrift store. It was a touching experience for all of the ladies on various levels. Many of the ladies had never seen or been close to a shelter, let alone be up close and personal with a homeless person. It was an incredible experience to witness the change in the ladies' eyes, looking at these individual's circumstances homeless on the streets, which has to be lowest point of a person's life, these ladies were able to see past some of their own obstacles and gain a sense of relief and understanding, that they have a choice in their future to fight through and make a difference starting with themselves. So, through merging the Helping hands and Single Mommy's Projects, we meet many goals, showing how giving other's, makes a difference in everyone's lives for the better. The Single Mommy's project is not only giving donations to single moms but it has now formed into a group of women, single mom and former single moms, encouraging and supporting one another to live positive, be kind, be accepting to diversity and make difference as a whole not just in one general area.
We have been on a mission here at Utah Girls Love You to offer a helping hand to whom wants take our gestures and make a difference in people’s lives with simple things such as; accepting and loving people no matter their status or circumstances. OUR GOAL IS TO JUST BE ACCEPTING TO ALL FELLOW UTAHNS, THIS IS SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT TO US AND TO TEACH OUR CHILDREN DIVERSITY, to be NONJUDGMENTAL, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST ALWAYS OFFER A HELPING HAND TO THOSE WHOM ARE NEED!!

Love...oh love is in the air and flowing all around. Time to start realizing your LOVE type. It is such an important part of our lives. We are born with and through love. We see love in many different aspects such as: relationships, materials, and unforgettable love.
Love Life. Love everything you can. It makes your heart grow and see things in a whole new light. It opens your eyes to things you may have never seen before but have always been inside of you. If you let it in and let it be…It is the best feeling we can ever feel. It is truth.
It doesn't have to be love for another person or a material. Just the love for being present in life and being grateful and appreciative for everyday that will change the world around you.
Love is such a powerful emotion. We seem to have everything when we have love and when we don't have love...we have nothing.
Don’t let losing love damage you. Everything happens for a reason and each lesson in our lives is to help us get to the next level, next phase, or next chapter in life. The lesson is there to help you grow. Love makes the world go around. So, please don’t give up on Love.

U.G.L.Y. is wishing you all a beautiful weekend. The warm temps are here and outdoor fun is in full swing. We are always so Thankful for Summer!!
We must always remember to be thankful for all the things we have in our lives. Remember that we are blessed to have what we do have and try your hardest not to get stuck in a rut of thinking about the things that we don't have or the things that aren't going our way. If we keep thinking negative. It keeps coming....Try and change it into a positive, and the positive will keep coming.
It's hard. Sometimes it's so hard when everything just seems to be coming down around you and not making any sense. That's when you need to sit back and reevaluate the whole situation. Try and see the reason behind what is happening. Their is a reason. Their is a lesson. It all happens, to take us to the next level of where we are going in our lives. We must be ready for that next level. Whatever it may be...and all the challenges we face are to help us prepare.
It is our life. Ours for the taking. We can write our own book. Our own story. We just have to grab hold of our lives and push it in the direction that we want it to go. Being thankful and grateful do change everything. The more we say our Thank Yous to the sky...the more we will have to be grateful for.
When we open up our minds and our souls to all the signs around us, we will see that everything we need is right in front of us and the guidance is inside us all. We must want things truly and whole heartedly to truly see and feel the changes that can be made. Our minds are very powerful and when we use them to make ourselves happy and see the good in everything around us. It keeps on coming.
Keep smiling. Keep loving. Keep helping others and keep being true and honest to yourself. Be thankful. Be grateful...and don't allow yourself to get stuck in a negative snowball that will just get bigger and bigger. Make it a positive one...and watch the good come.
Ask for the good...WILL IT. Say it out loud. Anything we want in life can be ours.
